The gym was sick, and the yoga instructor was so chill. The spa staff treated us like royalty. Plus, room service was on point with tasty meals! Just wish the pools were a bit warmer—would've loved longer swims.

The nearby nature trails offer excellent opportunities for morning runs. However, the check-in process was unnecessarily lengthy, with litter remaining in the hallway throughout our stay, which was unappealing. Service at dinner was slow as our waiter was absent for long stretches, leading to an interrupted dining experience.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the spacious hotel lobby where we relaxed with tea and delicious cheesecake while listening to a live jazz band. The surrounding area was peaceful and perfect for nature walks, making it a great spot to unwind with family. However, the pool was quite crowded with kids, which made it less ideal for those looking for a relaxing swim.

The hotel had great vibes with excellent options for unwinding like the jacuzzi and steam room. The only hiccup was navigating through the buildings to get to the pool, but overall, it was a fabulous experience and I'd definitely recommend it! 😊

We had an awesome time at this resort with friends! We spent a day skiing and snowboarding, then enjoyed a family dinner and party. The spa is a must-try, and the indoor pools were perfect for relaxing afterward. Loved the activities and beautiful surroundings.

Our room had some issues. one of the AC units wasn't working well, which made it uncomfortable during our stay.

Just a great match for a city holiday in Lake Geneva with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff was super friendly and my massage was one of the best I’ve ever had, really helped me relax! If you’re into spa treatments, schedule them early to avoid the rush.

My room was spotlessly clean, featuring a TV in the mirror for convenience. The staff showed remarkable efficiency, particularly in assisting with my presentation setup. Additionally, the dining options exceeded expectations, especially the breakfast buffet with a variety of fresh items.

Room had a balcony overlooking the lake and golf course. The Well Spa offered amazing deep tissue massages and had a sauna and hot tub. Enjoyed the live jazz in the lobby while having dessert. Dining at the Chophouse was excellent with steak dinner as a highlight. Very spacious with a relaxing vibe.
